Shipments and returns
The products are manufactured on order in Italy, and then packaged and delivered worldwide by courier. The normal order to delivery time is 4 weeks. Custom manufactured product orders cannot be cancelled, as they may be subject to delays at the factory
International deliveries
Depending on your destination, product orders may be subject to import VAT, customs duty or a courier clearance fee on arrival. These charges are not included in the amount shown at checkout, or sent by invoice, and, where applicable, are payable by the recipient.
